The price for the goods will be as published on the website at the time of order, if the price published for the goods on our website is wrong, we will contact you and inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to either cancel, or proceed with the order at the correct price. We reserve the right to make changes to offers or prices without any prior notice.

All goods and offers are subject to availability.

We cannot accept responsibility if the details you provide us with are incorrect or if an incorrect order has been placed.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

We use Royal Mail 1st class for small items and Parcel Force for larger or heavy stuff. We do all we can to get orders out the same day but all orders after 3pm will go out the next day.

Carriage costs will be displayed once you add items to your basket and reveiw the basket contents but as a guide, the following apply to UK mainland addresses (excluding some parts of scotland); Bikes: £15.00 each, Frames/Wheels: £10.00, P&A £2.95 We will endeavour to make a delivery to an address of your choice though we reserve the right to restrict delivery to the cardholder’s statement address.

Goods will usually reach you within 2-3 working days. For out of stock items, and during busy periods, deliveries may take longer.

All prices quoted on this website include VAT at the prevailing UK rate of 17.5%

BACK ORDERS

Sometimes we will not have the item in stock for various reasons causing a delay to the delivery. We will promptly advise you of this and give you an approximate expected date for delivery.

IF YOU WISH TO COMPLAIN

In the unlikely event that you should feel you need to complain, please contact the store either by telephone 01743-343775 or by mail and address your complaint directly to the Manager

RETURNS

Here at Stan Jones Cycles we want you to be 100% fully satisfied with your purchase. Occasionally items may arrive damaged or defective and we will make every effort to rectify this situation. If goods are damaged in-transit, please either refuse to sign for the delivery or sign the carriers delivery note ‘Damaged’ and notify us within 3 days of the date on which the consignment was signed for. Please keep all the packing material as the Carrier may want to inspect this. We will arrange to have the item returned at our expense. You will be given an option of having a full refund or the item replaced at no charge to you. Refunds will be made within 30 days of request or upon receipt of returned goods whichever is sooner. This does not affect your statutory rights. Goods that are not acceptable for any other reason may be returned within 7 working days for a full refund or replacement. In all cases you must contact us first for authorization and you will be responsible for all costs in returning the goods to us. Goods returned to us which are not defective or faulty will be subject to a 20% re-stocking charge. This does not effect your statutory rights.
